Carbon Tower

Carbon Tower is a 55-metre-tall office building, one of the highest buildings in Wrocław. The 16-storey structure with a ground floor and underground level has a total area of over 19,000 square metres. The modern, triangular building with a glass facade is the first project implemented by the contractor, the Krakow-based Cavatina Group, in Wrocław – it gave rise to further interesting projects by the same developer in this city. The construction of Carbon Tower lasted two years and resulted in an office complex with an underground car park with 377 spaces. There is also a services and retail section. It is a Class A office building, which guarantees a high finishing standard, state-of-the art fitting technologies and the possibility of deciding on the spatial layout. The glazed facades, on the other hand, provide optimum and comfortable access to daylight.

The investor, the Cavatina Group, focuses its activity on the office segment. Operating initially only on the Krakow market, the Group quickly expanded the area of its business and is currently involved in the construction of modern office buildings in the five largest Polish cities.
